children issues, cohabitation, domestic violence and financial provision.
Divorce or family problems can leave you facing some of the most difficult times of your life. Our family law solicitors have been qualified for many years and are members of the Law Society Family Panel and the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA), and follow the Law Society Protocol and SFLA Code of Practice. This means that we will deal with matters in a non confrontational manner and encourage clients to put the interests of any children first.
Campbell Hooper & Co LLP is currently the only firm in the Sunningdale area offering public funding - Legal Aid - for family related matters and we would be happy to discuss whether you might be eligible for this type of funding. Alternatively, there are other funding options potentially available.
